Asha’s Restaurant that offers luxurious dine in, coupled with a soothing Bollywood classics by legendary singer Asha Bhosle launches exclusive limited offer Delhi to Punjab Menu in Kuwait.
The menu designed after an embarking road trip by the team which comprises of three Indians and an Englishman. The trip was to discover, taste, develop and then deliver Iconic Indian Food to the Asha’s tables around the world. Out of the 2000 dishes tasted during the trip best 10 dishes have been incorporated in the Delhi to Punjab special menu.

Each dish have its own story with an Asha’s twist. The Corn Soup with Sweet Corn, green chilli and butter garnished with roasted cumin and lotus seeds is a tribute to the farmers in Punjab. Bread Pakora Lightly fried bread disks stuffed with yoghurt, mozzarella, ginger and mint served with pomegranates is something exemplary. Asha’s also introduced Pyaz Ki Chaat a combination of fried onion pakora with aloo bhaji, sweet yoghurt, and tamarind chutney served in an exclusive style. A combination of Chandni Chowk’s Chaat and Pyaaz Ki Kachori, a must try dish. Amritsari Macchi – Lightly battered Cream Dory stuffed with prawns served with wasabi mayonnaise. This is unique, extremely delicious tasteful and light. Tandoori Chicken Chargrilled tandoori chicken on bone with hung yoghurt, garam masala, ginger, chilli and garlic. Palak Chicken – Classic Punjabi chicken and spinach with a twist. Achari chicken biryani- Chicken biryani with Asha’s achar ka masala. It has a nice tanginess of the pickle which makes the biriyani tasteful. Shahi Paneer Biryani – Shahi paneer served with a peas pulao, Dal Gosht A traditional tender mutton stew served with lentils and Pehalwan Biryani Pehalwan mutton biryani with green chilli rice.

In addition to this special ‘Delhi to Punjab’ Menu, the top notch Indian restaurant in town, Asha’s Restaurant has introduced New Kids Meal and Desert Menu. This is the first time Asha’s introduced Kids Meal in their menu especially for the little hero’s. Their Desi Mac’n Cheese is an American Classic with an Indian twist. Kids will love their Firecracker Chicken and Chick ‘n Bun, which is exclusively prepared for the little one.
