QCAA Announces Partial Resumption of Air Traffic in Kuwait

The Qatar Civil Aviation Authority (QCAA) has announced the partial resumption of air traffic via designated emergency air routes and with limited capacity. This move is being carried out in full coordination with the Qatari Armed Forces and other relevant authorities in the country.

The QCAA stated that this phase includes operating a limited number of flights dedicated to evacuating passengers, as well as cargo flights. This is in light of the current circumstances in the region and to ensure the continued provision of essential air services.

The QCAA emphasized that it continues to operate at the highest levels of operational readiness and in constant coordination with various relevant authorities to ensure the safety and security of passengers and employees in the civil aviation sector. It also aims to maintain the smooth flow of air traffic according to the highest international standards.

The QCAA is continuously monitoring developments and will keep the public and aviation sector partners informed of any updates as they occur. Passengers with confirmed bookings with airlines are advised to check the latest information regarding their flights, as the flights mentioned do not include scheduled flights to and from Doha, which will resume as soon as an official announcement is made by the QCAA regarding the safe reopening of airspace.
