Kuwait Strengthens Joint Security and Military Coordination

The First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, Sheikh Fahad Yousef Saud Al-Sabah, and the Minister of Defense, Sheikh Abdullah Ali Abdullah Al-Sabah, held a high-level meeting on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at the Decision-Making Room, in the presence of senior security and military officials.

The meeting was part of ongoing coordination and integration among relevant authorities to review the latest developments and assess the evolving situation at both the local and regional levels. During the session, the two ministers discussed mechanisms to strengthen joint cooperation, enhance readiness, and improve field coordination among various security and military sectors.

The discussions focused on ensuring the highest levels of preparedness to address any potential developments in line with approved operational plans. Emphasis was placed on closely monitoring regional developments, providing regular updates, and enforcing the law firmly and fairly without exception, in a manner that reinforces the authority of the state and safeguards security and stability.
