NBTC Group has officially disbursed Group Life Insurance claims totaling KD 618,240 (approximately INR 17.31 crore) to the families of the victims of the Mangaf Fire Accident. In a solemn ceremony held at the NBTC Corporate Office, the distribution was attended by representatives from the Embassy, Lulu Exchange Group, NBTC Management, and employees. Group Managing Director Mr. K. G. Abraham personally presented the insurance payouts to the legal heirs of 49 deceased employees.
“Every life is invaluable, and no amount of compensation can truly heal the pain of losing a loved one. However, as an organization that considers its employees part of the family, we ensured that the insurance claims were processed swiftly and transparently. The full amount has already been transferred to the legal heirs’ bank accounts,” stated Mr. K. G. Abraham.
