The second phase of the KEFAK (Kerala Expats Football Association Kuwait) Inter-District Group Level matches brought intense action to the Public Authority for Sports Ground in Mishref.
In the opening Soccer League match, K.E.A Kasaragod staged a thrilling comeback to defeat E.D.A Ernakulam 2-1. Ernakulam initially took the lead with a penalty goal from Krishnachandran, but late strikes from Sibin and Shiva sealed victory for Kasaragod.
The second match saw M-FAK Malappuram continue their winning streak, claiming their second consecutive victory by beating FOKE Kannur 3-1. Najeem scored twice, while Ramees added another for Malappuram. Shaniban scored the lone goal for Kannur.
Alongside these results, Palakkad, Kozhikode, and Trask Thrissur also recorded wins, making the competition even more exciting as the tournament progresses.
