The Public Authority for Manpower (PAM) has introduced a new digital reporting service called “Report Me” to help the public identify labour law violations. The service, accessible through the “Sahel” application, allows users to report breaches monitored by PAM, including the employment of women in prohibited jobs or in male-only entities. This initiative supports PAM’s global campaign against human trafficking and strengthens oversight of Kuwait’s labour market. The Authority encourages public participation in monitoring violations and ensuring compliance with labour legislation.
What This Means for Expats: If you witness labour violations affecting workers in Kuwait, you can now report them through the Sahel app, contributing to safer workplace standards across the country.
